Additional Training

Students will learn legal, safe, effective handcuffing taught by certified instructors. 

Upon completion they will receive a Handcuffing certification card.

Students will learn the legal indications for escalations  of force, appropriate strike areas, and verbal commands. 

Upon completion students will receive a Baton certification card. 

Students will learn the legal indications for escalations of force, how to deploy OC properly, contraindications of using OC spray.

Upon completion students will receive an OC spray certification card. 

Students will learn how to create a forward and rear tail. Students will learn elements of covert tailing, as well as how to conduct hard Box -in maneuvers.

Students will receive training in covert surveillance techniques. Upon completion, students will be tasked with following someone without being detected.
